Susan’s sells coffee at the peak of flavor—between one and seven days from roasting—unlike many larger coffee distributors. As a custom roaster, Susan’s roasts only what has been ordered. By keeping batches small, Susan’s coffee never sits on a shelf, losing flavor while waiting to be purchased.
